Spring Rams

BMF 1355 & 1356 born: 01/12/08 - twins - both tested RR - Sired by "Rapid Response", who sired 3 class winners at the 2007 NAILE for us and the dam is BMF 935, a "HotRRod" daughter that placed 2nd in the senior ewe lamb class at the 2005 Ohio State Fair.

BMF 1366 born: 01/18/08 - twin - RR - Sired by "Buckeye Bandit", McCarthy's 1st place January ram lamb at the 2007 Midwest Stud Ram Sale. His sire is Twin Oakes Dorsets "Don Julio", a full brother to "Bugsy", the dam of the $23,500 record selling ram at last years Ohio Dorset Sale and his dam is a daughter of Twin Oakes Dorsets, "Wall Street", the first son of "Bugsy". BMF 1366's dam is BMF 951, the twin to BMF 950, our 2nd place slick sheared fall ewe lamb at the 2005 Ohio State Fair.

BMF 1384 born: 02/29/08 - single RR - Sired by "Rapid Response", the sire of our Champion and Reserve Champion rams at the 2007 Ohio State Fair Jr. Show, Champion Ram at the Kentucky State Fair and Reserve Champion at the 2007 NAILE Jr. Show. He also sired the Champion Ram at the 2008 PA Farm Jr. Show. BMF 1384's dam is BMF 1124, a "BetteRRhalf" daughter that placed 3rd at the 2005 Ohio State Fair and her dam is "White Chocolate", our 2005 NAILE Jr. Show 1st place yearling ewe and Reserve Sr. Champion Ewe.

Spring Ewes

BMF 1370 born: 01/20/08 - single - RR - Sired by "Rapid Response" and her dam is BMF 982, a "HotRRod" daughter and her dam is "White Chocolate BMF 982 was t he 2006 Ohio State Fair Jr. Show Champion Dorset Ewe and the Reserve Supreme Champion Ewe overall breeds and at the 2006 NAILE Jr. Show she was the 2nd place yearling ewe, standing behind BMF 960 our ohter yearling ewe we showed that year.

BMF 1388 born: 03/06/08 - triplet - QR - Sired by "Positive Response", our lead ram lamb last year that was Champion at the Ohio State Fair Jr. Show and Reserve Champion at the 2007 NAILE Jr. Show. This ewe lambs dam is BMF 1150, was our 1st place slick sheared spring ewe lamb at the 2006 Ohio State Fair Jr. Show and she's a twin to BMF 1151 our 1st place yearling ewe at the 2007 Ohio State Fair Jr. Show. BMF 1150 is the dam of our lead yearling in this years show flock.
